These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the RedRiver storefront operated by REDRIVERONE TEXAS LLC. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Description of the Service

RedRiver is a renter discovery platform. It helps users browse listings, compare neighborhoods, save favorites, explore town-first search flows, and submit advisor, inquiry, or tour requests. Unless we explicitly say otherwise, RedRiver is not acting as a landlord, property owner, property manager, insurer, guarantor, or broker for any listing.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You may use the storefront only if you are legally able to enter into these terms. If you sign in or create an account, you are responsible for keeping your account access secure and for the activity that occurs under your account.

• Provide accurate and current information.
• Do not impersonate another person or organization.
• Do not share access in a way that compromises account security.

3. Listings, Rankings, and Search Results

We aim to make rental search easier, but listing information can change quickly. Prices, availability, concessions, amenities, photos, and descriptions may change without notice and may come from third-party sources such as property managers or owners.

• Search results may change based on the town you choose, the intent or filters you apply, availability, and the information provided to us.
• Ranking does not mean endorsement, approval, or a guarantee of fit.
• You should verify material details directly with the listing contact before making any rental decision.

4. Requests, Messages, and Uploaded Content

If you submit an advisor request, listing inquiry, tour request, or voice message, you authorize RedRiver to use that information to respond to you and, when relevant, route your request to the applicable property team or partner.

• Only send information you are comfortable sharing for housing-related follow-up.
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, abusive, or misleading content.
• If you upload content, you represent that you have the right to submit it.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the storefront. For example, you must not:

• use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or discriminatory activity
• submit false or misleading information
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account
• scrape, copy, republish, or systematically harvest site content without permission
• interfere with the normal operation, security, or availability of the service
• harass staff, advisors, property contacts, or other users

6. Intellectual Property

The storefront, including its branding, software, design, and compiled content, is owned by RedRiver or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as permitted by law or by our written permission, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the service.

7. Third-Party Services

Parts of the storefront rely on third-party services, including Google for sign-in. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies, and RedRiver is not responsible for third-party practices or availability.

8. Service Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the storefront at any time. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The storefront is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RedRiver will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the storefront. Your main remedy if you are dissatisfied with the service is to stop using it.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated terms here and revise the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the storefront after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
