Cookie Policy
Last updated: March 28, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how REDRIVERONE TEXAS LLC uses cookies and similar browser-storage technologies on the RedRiver storefront. The current storefront relies mostly on local storage rather than traditional first-party cookies, so this page covers both.
1. What We Use
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. Local storage is a similar browser feature that stores data on your device. RedRiver currently uses a limited set of browser-side storage values to support sign-in and remember basic preferences.
2. Browser Storage Used by the Storefront
The current storefront uses the following browser-side storage values:
| Name | Type | Purpose | Typical Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| auth_token | Local storage | Keeps you signed in to your RedRiver account on that browser. | Until logout, local clearing, or token expiry (up to 24 hours). |
| theme | Local storage | Remembers your light or dark theme preference. | Until you change it or clear site data. |
3. Third-Party Cookies
If you choose Google sign-in, Google may place its own cookies on Google-controlled domains as part of the authentication flow. Those cookies are governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
At the time of this policy, the RedRiver storefront does not intentionally set advertising or cross-site retargeting cookies of its own.
4. Why We Use Browser Storage
- to keep you signed in after authentication
- to remember your preferred visual theme
- to support sign-in flows that depend on third-party authentication providers
5. Managing Cookies and Site Data
You can manage cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Most browsers let you:
- review and remove stored cookies
- clear local storage or all site data for a specific site
- block third-party cookies
- block all cookies
If you clear or block browser storage, parts of the storefront may stop working as expected. For example, you may be signed out, your theme preference may reset, and Google sign-in may not work correctly.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy as the storefront changes. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date on this page.
