Are you looking to gain hands-on accounting experience with a fast-growing US-based asset management operations company?
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Associate to join our team in Hyderabad and support day-to-day financial, bookkeeping, property management, and administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update financial records and bookkeeping entries
- Assist with General Ledger accounting activities
- Process and track Purchase Orders
- Record and reconcile purchases and vendor transactions
- Review, process, and maintain invoices
- Track work orders and related expenses
- Support account reconciliations and month-end closing activities
- Maintain accurate documentation and records
- Assist with ad hoc accounting and administrative tasks
- Support social media campaigns, article writing, and operational coordination when required
- Conduct meetings independently, take notes, track action items, and follow up with the team
Requirements
✔ Strong high school mathematics fundamentals, including multiplication, percentages, and interest calculations
✔ Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping
✔ Familiarity with General Ledger concepts
✔ Knowledge of Accounts Payable, invoices, and purchase orders
✔ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
✔ Typing speed of 50–60 WPM with good accuracy
✔ Strong organizational and communication skills
✔ Ability to write articles, blogs, and professional content
✔ Basic knowledge of social media campaigns and digital marketing activities
✔ Ability to conduct meetings independently and coordinate follow-ups
✔ Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field
✔ Most importantly bring a CAN DO attitude to the table , willingness to learn and complete the work with sense of ownership.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with ResMan, DoorLoop, or similar property management software
- Understanding of property management accounting processes
- Exposure to vendor management and expense tracking
- Interest in US real estate, property management, and asset management operations
